Access to Property Policy
If arrangements are made for us to enter your property while you are not present, McIntyre TV and Appliances does not accept any responsibility for any and all actions, causes of action, claims and demands by reason any damages caused as a result therefrom, including any negligent act by any of our employees, agents and associates.

Delivery and Installation Policy
Any product purchase over $500.00 CDN includes free delivery plus ½ hour of installation/hook-up/set up. Free delivery is available within a 30km (20 mi) radius. Delivery beyond this area can be arranged at a cost. Any additional installation required will be an extra charge. All of our service rates, including installation are available in the shop on line section of the website, under service.

Pricing Policy
Every effort will be made to keep prices up to date, however, prices are subject to change at any time. All pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CDN).

Payment Options
Visa and Mastercard are accepted on line. All orders will be verified by telephone. For service calls, accounts are due upon delivery of service. All accounts older than 15 days are subject to 3% per month late fee. Other payment options may be arranged (cheque; cash). Please contact us to arrange these options at 519.238.8270 We do not keep credit card information on file, and as a result, will request this information for every sale processed.

Custom Orders Policy
Any custom ordered products are non-returnable. A Deposit of 50% of the total cost will be required prior to ordering the custom item.

Exchange Rate Information
The exchange rate quoted on the web site is an approximation of the current exchange rate, in order to give customers an estimation of their costs. The actual rate you will be charged is determined by your credit card company, at the rate being charged by that company on the day the transaction is processed. We do not take responsibility for any differences between the rate quoted on our website and that charged by your credit card company.

Warranty Policy
Warranties vary by the product and manufacturer. Consult the warranty that comes with your new appliance or part. Most parts have a limited labour warranty of 30 days.
